SERVER RULES

The following is prohibited:

1. §1.1

   Spamming, flooding, excessive use of capital letters, or cluttering chat with unnecessary messages.

2. §1.2

   Using profanity, insulting players, or calling them names.

3. §1.3

   Spamming or sending pointless messages through /helpop.

4. §1.4

   Advertising anything (YouTube channels, Discord servers, etc.) without an administrator's permission.

5. §1.5

   Evading a temporary punishment by using an alternate account.

6. §1.6

   Lying to the server staff.

7. §1.7

   Insulting the server staff.

8. §1.8

   Obtaining points or coins using an alternate account.

9. §1.9

   Exploiting server or game errors and bugs.

10. §1.10

    Sharing IP addresses or personal information.

The following is prohibited:

1. §2.1

   Using unfair gameplay aids such as cheats, clumsy, or scripts.

2. §2.2

   Engaging in racist, Nazi, or similar behavior.

3. §2.3

   Wishing death on others (death wishes).

4. §2.4

   Displaying a negative attitude toward players or staff after being muted.

5. §2.5

   Acting to the detriment of the server.

6. §2.6

   Threatening or carrying out DDoS attacks.

7. §2.7

   Using vulgar nicknames or nicknames that insult players.

8. §2.8

   Creating vulgar guilds or guilds that insult players.

9. §2.9

   Insulting PvPBlaze.net, the CMClient pack, or its partner servers.

10. §2.10

    Misleading players or the server staff.

11. §2.11

    Persistently harassing, blackmailing, or threatening players or staff.

The following is prohibited:

1. §3.1

   Discouraging players from playing on the server.

The following rules apply:

1. §4.1

   Players have the right to appeal a penalty through the designated channel on the official server Discord.

2. §4.2

   The type and duration of a penalty depend on the violation, its consequences, and the player's history of violations. Repeated violations may result in a more severe penalty.

3. §4.3

   Sharing an account with another person does not exempt the account owner from responsibility for actions performed on that account.

4. §4.4

   Impersonating staff, other players, or official server accounts is prohibited.

5. §4.5

   Bugs that allow an unfair advantage must be reported privately to staff. Publishing instructions on how to exploit them is prohibited.

6. §4.6

   Fabricating or manipulating evidence and knowingly submitting false reports against other players are prohibited.
